Mrs Francesca Vecchioni is the daughter of the famous Italian singer Roberto Vecchioni.
Mrs Alessandra Brogno was her partner.
Nina and Cloe are their daughters.
They dutifully registered in the Municipal Register of Common Law Marriages, but when their relationship ended they were told that the Register has no legal value, since only the State Authorities can regulate family law issues.
As a result, for the law Mrs Vecchioni is the single mother of Nina and Cloe, while Mrs Brogno simply has no relation whatsoever with the two children.
In this case, Mrs Vecchioni and Mrs Brogno are still in good terms and willing to regulate their “divorce” amicably, but what will it happen next time ?
