Did the Italian intelligence assassinate the boss of human trafficking in Libya?

Salah Al-Maskhout, a former officer in Gadafi’s army, is a mysterious ghost in the eye of the giant black hole called Libya.

Three days ago he was supposed to be the man behind the industry of human trafficking across the Sicily Channel, and to have been killed by a commando on the payroll of the Italian intelligence.

But first the Italian Authorities denied their involvement in Mr Al-Maskhout’s death.

Then a man claiming to be Mr Al-Maskhout stated on a website that he is alive, and has nothing to do with human trafficking.
