As reported in a previous article, the Susa Valley in Italy is currently the theater of frequent skirmishes between the Italian police and protesters.
On November 16 Miss Nina De Chiffre, an activist from Milan, licked the helmet of a young cop, tried to kiss him and finally passed a finger on his lips after stuffing it into her mouth.
Miss De Chiffre later explained that the gesture was one of despise and taunt after other cops had reportedly sexually harassed another female protester.
A law enforcement personnel trade union recently announced that it filed a complaint against the girl for sexual violence. Under Italian criminal law, any unwanted sexual contact amounts to rape. Italian prosecutors must press charges whenever they receive a formal complaint.
